We carefully seek out pre-loved pieces — vintage charms, broken heirlooms, or overlooked gems — and restore them with care, creativity, and craftsmanship. Each creation is a one-of-a-kind design, thoughtfully reimagined using quality metals and stones. No mass production, no replicas — just singular beauty, revived for a new generation to cherish.

The traditional jewellery industry is fraught with deeply rooted ethical issues. Behind the sparkle lies a hidden reality:over 100 million people work within this global trade, many in unsafe and exploitative conditions. For countless communities, especially in developing countries, survival depends on illegal artisanal mining, often carried out with little protection, oversight, or fair pay.

It’s estimated that over one million children are involved in mining operations for metals and gemstones — exposed daily to hazardous chemicals like mercury and cyanide, which not only endanger workers but poison the environments and communities around them.

The problem is systemic. The traditional supply chain is so vast and opaque that unethical practices often go undetected — buried beneath layers of middlemen and global complexity.

At Regilt, we do things differently.

Every piece we create is sourced, restored, and reworked entirely within the UK, by people we know and trust. From our in-house designers to the talented craftspeople in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, everyone involved in our process is paid a fair, living wage and works in safe, respectful conditions.

We believe in complete transparency and traceability. No hidden supply chains. No question marks. Just honest, ethical craftsmanship — because what you wear should reflect not just your style, but your values.

Where forgotten treasures find new life.

At Regilt, our journey begins with the search — always on the lookout forunique, high-quality vintage pieces to inspire our designs. We lovingly source materials fromestate sales, personal collections, car boot sales, and flea markets — hidden gems from across eras, waiting to be rediscovered.

With over 30 years of design experience, we’re especially drawn to the remarkable craftsmanship of British jewellery from the 1960s and 70s. There’s something irresistible about the detail in articulated charms and the character of well-worn metals — each piece telling its own quiet story.

Many of our finds come from clients who’ve inherited beautiful jewellery that no longer fits their personal style. It’s an honour for us to reimagine these sentimental pieces, preserving their emotional value while transforming them into something entirely new.

Once sourced, every item is carefully mended, cleaned, and polished by hand before heading to our photographers. From there, it’s wrapped with care in ourbranded gift pouch and keepsake box, ready to be loved again.
